What is Amazing County?
Amazing County is an online treasue hunt where you earn points for completing tasks and activities.  Every point is one chance to win great prizes.  More points mean more chances to win.  On top of it, the tasks and activities will show you that we all live in an Amazing County!

How do I earn points?
You get points from completing tasks and activities that are posted to this site.  Each one has a certain point value that will be credited to your account once completed and submitted.

Can anyone play?
Anyone can play but you must be 18 years of age or older to register and claim prizes.  Some other restrictions may apply (see rules).

What prizes are given out?
There are prizes every day during the treasure hunt, including a daily, weekly,  and a Grand and Runner Up prize.  You can see what prizes are available to win here and see what people have won here.

Do you need the most points to win?
No, not at all.  Each point you earn gives you one chance towards the prizes.  So even if you get some of the tasks wrong, you can still have a chance at the prizes.  Do note that in order to have a chance to win a Daily prize you must earn points on that day and weekly prizes you must have earned some points that week for a chance to win.

Can you win more than one prize?
Yes, it is possible to win more than once during the month since each point you earn is a chance at a prize for that day, that week, and the entire month.  So earn all you can and play every day to increase your chances of winning!

How does the treasure hunt work?
Each day tasks with activities are posted to My Tasks (you must be logged in to see).  You choose which ones you would like to do to build points.  The more you complete, the more points you earn.  Each point you accumulate is a chance to win prizes.  So the more tasks that you complete, the more chances you will earn to win prizes.

How are winners selected? 
All points earned for the prize being given away are totaled and a number is randomly selected between one and that total.  Whoever earned that point wins that prize.  For daily prizes, only the points earned that day are used.  Weekly prizes only use the points earned that week.  Grand and runner up prizes are selected from all points earned for the entire month.

Can I still win any prizes, especially the Grand or Runner Up prizes if I begin after the first of the month?
Absolutely! You do NOT need the most points to win as each point you earn is one chance at winning a prize.  If you wish to "catch up" and get more chances of winning, the hunt is structured so you can still complete most tasks given earlier in the month no matter when you join.
